1. Customer Support Specialist (Part-Time / Remote)

• Help shoppers and sellers with their questions via chat, email, and WhatsApp.
• Requirements: Friendly attitude, good typing speed, and problem-solving skills.

2. Marketing Assistant (Full-Time / Hybrid)

• Assist in running social media campaigns, promotions, and email marketing.
• Requirements: Social media savvy, content creation experience, basic graphic design is a plus.

3. E-commerce Operations Assistant (Full-Time)

• Manage products, listings, and vendor onboarding.
• Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to use spreadsheets and basic CMS systems.

4. Affiliate Program Manager (Part-Time)

• Manage our growing affiliate community, help with onboarding, and monitor performance.
• Requirements: Good communication skills, experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.

5. Warehouse Associate / Inventory Manager (Full-Time / In-Person)

• Organize inventory, process incoming shipments, manage warehouse stock, prepare orders for delivery.
• Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and manage packages
