Air, sea, and the 12 PM cut-off
We offer two main ways to move packages from the U.S. to Jamaica: air and sea. Air is usually faster. Sea is usually better for bigger or heavier cargo.
Air shipping
Air shipments run three times weekly on our current schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Some air shipments can move from Florida to Jamaica in as little as 24 hours, depending on flight and Customs processing.
The 12 PM cut-off
If your package reaches our U.S. facility before 12 PM, it can make the same-day processing batch. If it reaches after 12 PM, it goes with the next shipment. No stress. It just takes the next run.
Sea shipping
Sea is for bigger, heavier, or bulk items. It takes longer, but it can make more sense for the right package. Typical sea timing includes the vessel travel plus Customs clearance in Jamaica.
Which one should you choose?
If you need it quickly, choose air. If it is heavy or large and you can wait, sea may be the better choice. If you are unsure, link us and we will help you decide.
