What is changing
The fee for an unknown or unidentified package is now JMD $800.
How to avoid this fee
Please ensure your assigned Mailbox info / Address Line 2, as shown in your account under My Mailbox or My Addresses, is included in the shipping address for every order.
- Put your personal mailbox number in Address Line 2 (Apartment / Suite / Unit)
- Use the full U.S. facility address from your account for Address Line 1, city, state, ZIP, and country
- Save this address with stores like Amazon and SHEIN so you can select it at checkout every time
