  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery or notification

Where applicable, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by all accessories

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Shoppaz JA is not responsible for items that:

  • Were shipped exactly as received from U.S. merchants
  • Are perishable (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Are digital (e.g., software, gift cards)
  • Are personal care or hygiene products
  • Were not reported within the required timeframe

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To submit a request:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval

Shipping and handling fees are:

  • Non-refundable, except where the issue was caused by Shoppaz JA
