Where applicable, items must be:

- Accompanied by all accessories
2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Shoppaz JA is not responsible for items that:
- Were shipped exactly as received from U.S. merchants
- Are perishable (e.g., food, beverages)
- Are digital (e.g., software, gift cards)
- Are personal care or hygiene products
- Were not reported within the required timeframe
