Invite & Earn: How our referral program works
What is Invite & Earn?
Our referral program lets you share ShoppaZ Ja with people you know. When someone joins using your referral code or link and later completes their first paid package pickup (a real, delivered shipment with fees paid), you can qualify for a one-time account credit in JMD. It is not a bank transfer or cash payout—credit is added to your ShoppaZ Ja account for use at checkout when you pick up packages.
How to participate
- Copy your code or link from your dashboard (Invite & Earn) or the full referral page.
- Share it with friends, family, or customers who can use package forwarding—WhatsApp, email, or social media are fine.
- Your friend must register through your link or enter your code at signup so the referral is tracked to you.
- They ship and pay. Rewards are tied to real use. Qualification is based on the first time their package is delivered and the pickup/invoice is paid—not for signup alone.
- Credit appears on your account (subject to program settings and any admin review) as JMD you can use toward future fees, alone or with cash, card, or bank at checkout.
How much can you earn?
We use a fixed JMD amount per qualified referral (not a percentage of their shipping). The current figure is set by our team in program settings. You may also see a monthly cap on how much can be issued to your account in a month. Check your Invite & Earn page and this article for the latest—amounts can change.
1 JMD in account credit = 1 JMD off the amount due at package checkout, unless we publish a different rate.
What you will not get paid for
- Signups only (no package delivered and paid).
- Self-referrals or duplicate accounts (we block same email, phone, or TRN where we detect them).
- Abuse, fraud, or terms violations—we can delay, reverse, or void rewards.
Pending vs credited
Sometimes a reward shows as pending until it is approved. Once it is credited, the JMD is in your account balance and you can use it for checkout according to the same rules as any other account credit.
Fair marketing
Do not spam or make misleading claims. Explain honestly that your friend must use the service and that rewards follow their first completed paid pickup, subject to rules and caps.
